The Meade Mustangs routed the host Wilde Lake Wildecats basketball team by a final score of 61-36 in Thursday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the South River Seahawks (Edgewater, MD) in a Anne Arundel County game, on Friday, January 5. Meade will attempt to move on its 7-1 season record. The Seahawks enter the game with a 5-3 record after their 65-53 non-league loss to Linganore (Frederick, MD).
