Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Wallace-Rose Hill Bulldogs (Teachey, NC) and the visiting Pender Patriots (Burgaw, NC), saw Wallace-Rose Hill's basketball squad wallop Pender by a count of 67-45.

With the victory, Wallace-Rose Hill upgrades its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Tuscarora (Leesburg, VA) to play the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 29. The Huskies come into the challenge with a record of 5-1. Tuscarora won 87-64 in their recent non-league challenge against New Bern (New Bern, NC)

Next up, the Patriots play the New Bern Bears (New Bern, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 29. Pender will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 8-5 record after their 87-64 non-league loss to Tuscarora (Leesburg, VA).
