The Cinco Ranch Cougars basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host Fort Bend Bush Broncos to 52 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cougars now possess a 20-3 record. They play next when they host Morton Ranch for a 6A Region III District 19 game on Tuesday, December 31. Cinco Ranch will play a Mavericks team coming off a 60-57 league loss to Mayde Creek (Houston, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 7-9.

With the loss, Fort Bend Bush falls to 15-6 on the campaign. The Broncos travel to Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX) to play the Tigers in a 6A Region III District 21 game on Saturday, January 4. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 17-1. Fort Bend Travis won 74-70 in their recent non-league game against Cypress Park (Cypress, TX)
