Michigan High School Basketball - East Lansing overwhelms Sexton

The East Lansing Trojans basketball team scored 74 points and limited the host Sexton Big Reds to 50 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Trojans now have a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to De La Salle Collegiate for a non-league game on Sunday, December 29. East Lansing will confront a Pilots team coming off a 64-52 non-league win over Adams (Rochester, MI). The Pilots record now stands at 3-7.

With the loss, Sexton falls to 5-2 on the campaign. The Big reds host Lakewood (Lake Odessa, MI) to confront the Vikings in a Capital Area - White game on Tuesday, January 7. The Vikings go into the game with a record of 2-5.
