Indiana High School Basketball - Indianapolis Metropolitan knocks off University

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Indianapolis Metropolitan Pumas basketball team scored a good 60-48 win over the University Trailblazers.

The Pumas (10-3) will now prepare for their contest against Mooresville Christian (Mooresville, IN). The Eagles come into the Greater Indianapolis contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Mooresville Christian defeated Riverton Parke (Montezuma, IN), 66-59, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Trailblazers battle the Bethesda Christian Patriots (Brownsburg, IN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 4. University will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record. The Patriots come into the contest with a 3-5 record after their 56-48 non-league loss to Martinsville (Martinsville, IN).
