California High School Basketball - San Leandro holds off Las Lomas
December 28, 2024: Walnut Creek, CA 94596 The San Leandro Pirates basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Las Lomas Knights to 55 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Pirates now have a 2-12 record. They play next when they host Mt. Eden for a non-league game on Friday, January 3. San Leandro will confront a Monarchs team coming off a 60-53 non-league loss to Foothill (Pleasanton, CA). The Monarchs record now stands at 6-6.
With the loss, Las Lomas falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Knights host Liberty (Brentwood, CA) to confront the Lions in a non-league game on Saturday, January 4. The Lions go into the game with a record of 10-2. Liberty won 79-54 in their recent non-league game against Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, CA)
