Georgia High School Basketball - North Paulding holds off Sonoraville
December 28, 2024: Calhoun, GA 30701 The North Paulding Wolfpack basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Sonoraville Phoenix to 52 in the Wolfpack non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wolfpack now possess a 4-9 record. They play next when they travel to Ringgold for a non-league game on Monday, December 30. North Paulding will confront a Tigers team coming off a 59-49 non-league win over Cartersville (Cartersville, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 8-4.
With the loss, Sonoraville falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Phoenix host Rockmart (Rockmart, GA) to confront the Yellowjackets in a AA Region 7 game on Friday, January 3. The Yellowjackets go into the game with a record of 2-10. Rockmart lost 68-40 in their recent non-league game against Model (Rome, GA)
