The Shadow Creek Sharks (Pearland, TX) basketball toppled the host Alief Taylor Lions (Houston, TX), 67-54 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Sharks now possess a 18-7 record. They play next when they travel to Port Arthur Memorial for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 28. Shadow Creek will play a Titans team coming off a 68-41 non-league loss to Cypress Falls (Houston, TX). The Titans record now stands at 1-13.

With the loss, Alief Taylor falls to 19-4 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Alief Hastings (Houston, TX) to play the Bears in a 6A Region III District 20 bout on Friday, January 3.
