High Plains Storm (Polk, NE) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Cedar Bluffs Wildcats (Cedar Bluffs, NE), 37-30 in a non-league match.

With the victory, High Plains advances its record to 4-4 on the year. The Storm travel to Shelby-Rising City (Shelby, NE) to face the Huskies in a non-league match on Friday, January 3. The Huskies enter the match with a record of 1-5.

The Wildcats now own a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shelby-Rising City for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 31. Cedar Bluffs will face a Huskies squad coming off a 45-40 non-league win over Fullerton (Fullerton, NE). The Huskies record now stands at 1-5.
