California High School Basketball - Central Valley overwhelmed by Downey

In Saturday's non-league test, the Downey Knights (Modesto, CA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Central Valley Hawks (Ceres, CA), by a score of 53-19.

Next, the Knights encounter the Gregori Jaguars (Modesto, CA) in a Central California Athletic League test, on Tuesday, January 14. Downey will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record.

The Hawks (6-8) will now prepare for their test against Grace Davis (Modesto, CA). The Spartans come into the Western Athletic Conference test with a 12-1 record. In their last test, Grace Davis bounced Enochs (Modesto, CA), 59-44, in a non-league test.
