The Cranston East Thunderbolts basketball squad (Cranston, RI), was crushed 59-20 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Cranston West Falcons (Cranston, RI)

With the victory, Cranston West advances its record to 3-1 on the year. The Falcons host North Kingstown (North Kingstown, RI) to meet the Skippers in a Division 1 battle on Thursday, January 2. The Skippers enter the battle with a record of 6-0. North Kingstown won 79-41 in their recent non-league battle against East Providence (East Providence, RI)

The Thunderbolts now own a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coventry for a Division 2 battle on Monday, December 30.
