Virginia High School Basketball - Cave Spring crushes Jefferson Forest
December 28, 2024: Roanoke, VA 24018 The Cave Spring Knights (Roanoke, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Jefferson Forest Cavaliers (Forest, VA), 51-30 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Knights now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they host Broadway for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 28. Cave Spring will play a Gobblers team coming off a 56-25 non-league loss to Cave Spring (Roanoke, VA). The Gobblers record now stands at 2-5.
With the loss, Jefferson Forest falls to 5-2 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Liberty (Bedford, VA) to play the Minutemen in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Minutemen go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Liberty won 61-37 in their recent non-league bout against Staunton River (Moneta, VA)
