Nebraska High School Basketball - Friend overwhelms Cedar Bluffs

Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Friend Bulldogs (Friend, NE) and the host Cedar Bluffs Wildcats (Cedar Bluffs, NE), saw Friend's basketball squad wallop Cedar Bluffs by a tally of 67-26.

With the victory, Friend improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to East Butler (Brainard, NE) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 30. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 3-4. East Butler won 43-33 in their recent non-league challenge against High Plains (Polk, NE)

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Mead Raiders (Mead, NE) in a D1 District 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Cedar Bluffs will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 58-38 non-league loss to Central City (Central City, NE).
