Oklahoma High School Basketball - Foyil can't hold off Welch

The Welch Wildcats basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the visiting Foyil Panthers to 40 in the Wildcats league victory on Thursday.

The Wildcats now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Colcord for a Lucky Seven contest on Tuesday, January 3. Welch will battle a Hornets team coming off a 51-45 non-league loss to Vinita (Vinita, OK). The Hornets record now stands at 3-2.

The Panthers (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bluejacket (Bluejacket, OK). The Chieftains come into the Lucky Seven contest with a 0-4 record.
