Georgia High School Basketball - Westwood holds off Grace Christian Academy
December 29, 2022: Bainbridge, GA 39819 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Westwood Wildcats (Camilla, GA) and the host Grace Christian Academy Cougars (Bainbridge, GA), saw Westwood's basketball squad hold off Grace Christian Academy by a tally of 51-48.
With the victory, Westwood improves its record to 1-7 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Westfield School (Perry, GA) to confront the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 30. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 3-5. Westfield School lost 83-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Tattnall Square Academy (Macon, GA)
Next up, the Cougars confront the Crisp Academy Wildcats (Cordele, GA) in a GIAA A Region 3 challenge, on Friday, January 6. Grace Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record.
