Missouri High School Basketball - McCluer North tops Granite City
December 29, 2022: Florissant, MO 63033 McCluer North Stars (Florissant, MO) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Granite City Warriors (Granite City, IL), 38-21 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, McCluer North upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Stars travel to Jennings (Jennings, MO) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 4. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Jennings lost 69-47 in their recent non-league bout against Miller Career Academy (St. Louis, MO)
Next up, the Warriors play the Hazelwood West Wildcats (Hazelwood, MO) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 4. Granite City will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 70-43 non-league loss to Rolla (Rolla, MO).
