Connecticut High School Basketball - Greenwich tops Masuk
December 29, 2022: Greenwich, CT 06830 Greenwich Cardinals (Greenwich, CT) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Masuk Panthers (Monroe, CT), 52-37 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Greenwich upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to McMahon (Norwalk, CT) to play the Senators in a Fairfield County bout on Friday, January 6. The Senators come into the bout with a record of 3-1. McMahon lost 54-39 in their recent non-league bout against La Salle Academy (Providence, RI)
Next up, the Panthers play the Darien Blue Wave (Darien, CT) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Masuk will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Blue Wave come into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 58-52 non-league loss to Newtown (Newtown, CT).
