California High School Basketball - Thousand Oaks holds off West
December 29, 2022: Torrance, CA 90503 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Thousand Oaks Lancers (Thousand Oaks, CA) and the host West Warriors (Torrance, CA), saw Thousand Oaks's basketball squad hold off West by a tally of 73-71.
With the victory, Thousand Oaks improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Lancers host Calabasas (Calabasas, CA) to confront the Coyotes in a Marmonte challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Coyotes come into the challenge with a record of 11-3. Calabasas lost 64-61 in their recent non-league challenge against South Pasadena (South Pasadena, CA)
Next up, the Warriors confront the Dominguez Dons (Compton, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 30. West will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Dons come into the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 51-50 non-league loss to Enumclaw (Enumclaw, WA).
