San Luis Obispo Tigers (San Luis Obispo, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Bishop's Knights (La Jolla, CA), 70-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, San Luis Obispo upgrades its record to 9-6 on the season. The Tigers travel to Sierra (Tollhouse, CA) to play the Chieftains in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 30. The Chieftains go into the bout with a record of 7-6. Sierra won 66-53 in their recent non-league bout against Coronado (Coronado, CA)

Next up, the Knights play the Maranatha Christian Eagles (San Diego, CA) in a Freelance bout, on Wednesday, January 3. Bishop's will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 9-9 record after their 63-47 non-league loss to Eastlake (Chula Vista, CA).
