Alabama High School Basketball - Section overwhelms Cedar Bluff
December 29, 2023: Cedar Bluff, AL 35959 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Section Lions (Section, AL) and the host Cedar Bluff Tigers (Cedar Bluff, AL), saw Section's basketball squad wallop Cedar Bluff by a count of 87-39.
With the victory, Section upgrades its record to 9-7 on the campaign. The Lions host Fyffe (Fyffe, AL) to play the Red Devils in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a record of 8-9. Fyffe won 53-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Talladega County Central (Talladega, AL)
Next up, the Tigers play the Piedmont Bulldogs (Piedmont, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 5. Cedar Bluff will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record.
