Missouri High School Basketball - Hillcrest overwhelms Warrensburg
December 29, 2023: Springfield, MO 65803 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Hillcrest Hornets (Springfield, MO) and the visiting Warrensburg Tigers (Warrensburg, MO), saw Hillcrest's basketball squad wallop Warrensburg by a count of 77-42.
With the victory, Hillcrest upgrades its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Hornets host Parkview (Springfield, MO) to play the Vikings in a Ozarks challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Parkview won 51-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Chillicothe (Chillicothe, MO)
Next up, the Tigers play the Hogan Prep Charter Rams (Kansas City, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 17. Warrensburg will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record.
