December 29, 2023: Searcy, AR 72143 In Friday's non-league outing, the Riverview Raiders (Searcy, AR) basketball squad felled the visiting Wynne Yellowjackets (Wynne, AR), by a margin of 69-59.
The Raiders (10-1) will now prepare for their outing against Pangburn (Pangburn, AR). The Tigers go into the 3A Region 6 outing with a 11-9 record. In their last outing, Pangburn thwarted Timbo (Timbo, AR), 64-41, in a non-league outing.
The Yellowjackets now own a 1-11 record. They play next when they travel to Lonoke for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 30. Wynne will clash with a Jackrabbits squad coming off a 62-45 non-league win over Newport (Newport, AR). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 5-7.
