The Forks Spartans basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Lummi Blackhawks to 29 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Friday.

The Spartans now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ocosta for a 2B Pacific contest on Tuesday, January 2. Forks will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 71-49 league loss to Ilwaco (Ilwaco, WA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-5.

The Blackhawks (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Tulalip Heritage (Marysville, WA). The Hawks enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record.
