Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Plum trounces Greater Latrobe
December 29, 2023: Pittsburgh, PA 15239 The Plum Mustangs (Pittsburgh, PA) basketball crushed the visiting Greater Latrobe Wildcats (Latrobe, PA), 64-28 in Friday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (6-2) will now prepare for their test against Hempfield Area (Greensburg, PA). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Hempfield Area was trounced by Indiana (Indiana, PA), 49-38, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Penn Hills for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 2. Greater Latrobe will encounter a Indians squad coming off a 44-31 non-league win over Quaker Valley (Leetsdale, PA). The Indians record now stands at 3-3.
