Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Maryland School for the Deaf Orioles (Frederick, MD) and the host Hancock Panthers (Hancock, MD), saw Maryland School for the Deaf's basketball squad wallop Hancock by a tally of 56-23.

With the victory, Maryland School for the Deaf improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Orioles travel to Bishop Walsh (Cumberland, MD) to confront the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 30. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 1-5.
