New Mexico High School Basketball - Ramah holds off Hozho Academy
December 29, 2023: Ramah, NM 87321 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Ramah Mustangs (Ramah, NM) and the visiting Hozho Academy Wolves (Gallup, NM), saw Ramah's basketball squad hold off Hozho Academy by a tally of 32-29.
With the victory, Ramah improves its record to 1-8 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Pine Hill (Pine Hill, NM) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 30. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 4-4. Pine Hill won 48-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Northwest (Shiprock, NM)
Next up, the Wolves confront the Northwest Falcons (Shiprock, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 30. Hozho Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 0-9 record after their 48-29 non-league loss to Pine Hill (Pine Hill, NM).
