Friendship Golden Eagles (Friendship, NY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Genesee Valley Jaguars (Belmont, NY), 52-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Friendship upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Golden Eagles host Andover (Andover, NY) to play the Panthers in a Section 5 Allegany County 2 bout on Saturday, December 4. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
