The Frisco Raccoons basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Independence Knights to 48 in the Raccoons league triumph on Friday.

The Raccoons now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lebanon Trail for a 5A Region II District 9 contest on Friday, December 10.

The Knights (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Heritage (Frisco, TX). The Coyotes enter the 5A Region II District 9 contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Heritage was outscored by Frisco (Frisco, TX), 63-33, in a league contest.
