Wheaton North Falcons (Wheaton, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Highland Park Giants (Highland Park, IL), 56-48 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Wheaton North upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Falcons travel to St. Charles North (St. Charles, IL) to clash with the North Stars in a DuKane bout on Wednesday, December 7. The North Stars go into the bout with a record of 2-5. St. Charles North won 64-63 in their recent non-league bout against South Elgin (South Elgin, IL)

Next up, the Giants clash with the Grayslake North Knights (Grayslake, IL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 7. Highland Park will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
