Texas High School Basketball - Union Grove winner over Pewitt
December 3, 2022: Gladewater, TX 75647 The Union Grove Lions (Gladewater, TX) basketball felled the visiting Pewitt Brahmas (Omaha, TX), 67-49 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Lions (5-5) will now prepare for their test against Harmony (Big Sandy, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Harmony thwarted Harleton (Harleton, TX), 53-39, in a non-league test.
The Brahmas now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Chapel Hill for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 6. Pewitt will encounter a Red Devils squad coming off a 67-51 non-league win over Sunnyvale (Sunnyvale, TX). The Red Devils record now stands at 8-2.
