The Sheldon Orabs basketball team (Sheldon, IA), was nudged 51-50 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting South O'Brien Wolverines (Paullina, IA)

The Wolverines now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Mary's for a War Eagle battle on Tuesday, December 6. South O'Brien will battle a Hawks team coming off a 66-47 league win over Akron-Westfield (Akron, IA). The Hawks record now stands at 3-0.

The Orabs (0-5) will now prepare for their battle against West Lyon (Inwood, IA). The Wildcats come into the Siouxland battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, West Lyon edged Okoboji (Milford, IA), 70-35, in a league battle.
