North Carolina High School Basketball - Apex Friendship holds off Millbrook

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC) and the host Millbrook Wildcats (Raleigh, NC), saw Apex Friendship's basketball squad hold off Millbrook by a tally of 71-69.

With the victory, Apex Friendship improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Heritage (Wake Forest, NC) to confront the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 5. The Huskies come into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Heritage won 53-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Middle Creek (Apex, NC)

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Hillside Hornets (Durham, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. Millbrook will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 67-51 non-league win over Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC).
