Idaho High School Basketball - Owyhee thwarts Rigby

December 3, 2022: Meridian, ID 83646

The Owyhee Storm (Meridian, ID) basketball knocked off the visiting Rigby Trojans (Rigby, ID), 71-61 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Storm (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Meridian (Meridian, ID). The Warriors go into the 5A Southern Idaho test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Meridian went down by Post Falls (Post Falls, ID), 65-31, in a non-league test.

The Trojans now own a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Hillcrest for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 7. Rigby will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 66-52 non-league win over Pocatello (Pocatello, ID). The Knights record now stands at 2-2.
