New Mexico High School Basketball - Espanola Valley fells Albuquerque Academy
December 3, 2024: Albuquerque, NM 87109 The Espanola Valley Sundevils basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host Albuquerque Academy Chargers to 50 in the Sundevils non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Sundevils now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Bosque for a non-league game on Thursday, December 5. Espanola Valley will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 67-33 non-league win over Estancia (Estancia, NM). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Albuquerque Academy falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Chargers host Piedra Vista (Farmington, NM) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Thursday, December 12. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 1-1. Piedra Vista lost 62-58 in their recent non-league game against Bayfield (Bayfield, CO)
