Alabama High School Basketball - Ardmore bested by East Lawrence
December 3, 2024: Trinity, AL 35673 East Lawrence Eagles (Trinity, AL) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Ardmore Tigers (Ardmore, AL), 69-59 in a non-league match.
With the victory, East Lawrence advances its record to 4-3 on the year. The Eagles host West Morgan (Trinity, AL) to face the Rebels in a 4A Area 13 match on Friday, December 6. The Rebels enter the match with a record of 1-2.
The Tigers now possess a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Priceville for a 5A Area 16 bout on Friday, December 6. Ardmore will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 61-47 non-league loss to Decatur (Decatur, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-3.
