Triton Hawks (Erwin, NC) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Cape Fear Colts (Fayetteville, NC), 88-55 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Triton advances its record to 3-1 on the year. The Hawks travel to South Johnston (Four Oaks, NC) to face the Trojans in a non-league match on Wednesday, December 4. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 1-1. South Johnston won 50-49 in their recent non-league match against Union Pines (Cameron, NC)

The Colts now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fairmont for a non-league match on Thursday, December 5. Cape Fear will face a Golden Tornadoes squad coming off a 56-32 non-league win over Richmond (Rockingham, NC). The Golden Tornadoes record now stands at 2-2.
