In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Macon-East Montgomery Academy Knights basketball team scored a good 53-42 triumph over the Escambia Academy Cougars.

The Knights (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Hooper Academy (Hope Hull, AL). The Colts go into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Hooper Academy topped Sparta Academy (Evergreen, AL), 42-31, in a non-league contest.
