December 3, 2025: Albany, GA 31701 Monroe Golden Tornadoes (Albany, GA) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Lee County Trojans (Leesburg, GA), 53-33 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Monroe advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Golden Tornadoes travel to Lee County (Leesburg, GA) to face the Trojans in a non-league match on Friday, December 12. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 2-4.
The Trojans now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sumter County for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 6. Lee County will battle a Panthers team coming off a 54-50 non-league loss to Lee County (Leesburg, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 0-1.
