The Central Rockets basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting Marmion Cadets to 41 in the Rockets non-league victory on Friday.

The Rockets now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host McHenry for a Fox Valley contest on Wednesday, January 4. Central will battle a Warriors team coming off a 65-44 non-league win over Belvidere North (Belvidere, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 8-9.

The Cadets (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against St. Charles East (St. Charles, IL). The Fighting Saints come into the non-league contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, St. Charles East prevailed over Richards (Oak Lawn, IL), 71-52, in a non-league contest.
