Ohio High School Basketball - Chippewa thwarts Northwestern

The Chippewa Chipps (Doylestown, OH) basketball knocked off the visiting Northwestern Huskies (West Salem, OH), 67-59 in Friday's league test.

The Chipps (8-2) will now prepare for their test against Lake Center Christian (Hartville, OH). The Tiger go into the non-league test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Lake Center Christian notched a victory over Tuslaw (Massillon, OH), 62-57, in a non-league test.

The Huskies now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Mapleton for a non-league test on Saturday, January 7.
