Oregon High School Basketball - Nixyaawii Community overwhelms Enterprise
December 30, 2022: Enterprise, OR 97828 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Nixyaawii Community Eagles (Pendleton, OR) and the host Enterprise Outlaws (Enterprise, OR), saw Nixyaawii Community's basketball squad wallop Enterprise by a tally of 64-30.
With the victory, Nixyaawii Community improves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Griswold (Helix, OR) to confront the Grizzlies in a 1A Old Oregon challenge on Thursday, January 5. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a record of 1-8. Griswold lost 45-37 in their recent league challenge against Wallowa (Wallowa, OR)
Next up, the Outlaws confront the Irrigon Knights (Irrigon, OR) in a 2A Blue Mountain challenge, on Saturday, January 7. Enterprise will attempt to better on its 2-11 season record. The Knights come into the contest with a 2-10 record after their 61-53 non-league loss to Touchet (Touchet, WA).
