December 30, 2022: Mt. Pleasant, TX 75455 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Harts Bluff Bulldogs (Mt. Pleasant, TX) and the visiting Union Grove Lions (Gladewater, TX), saw Harts Bluff's basketball squad overcome Union Grove by a tally of 66-57.
With the victory, Harts Bluff improves its record to 10-9 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Greenville Christian (Greenville, TX) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 3-6. Greenville Christian lost 40-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Trenton (Trenton, TX)
Next up, the Lions confront the Ore City Rebels (Ore City, TX) in a 2A Region III District 21 challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Union Grove will attempt to improve on its 7-10 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 40-21 non-league loss to Harts Bluff (Mt. Pleasant, TX).
