The Islesboro Central Eagles basketball team (Islesboro, ME), was overwhelmed 50-20 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Sacopee Valley Hawks (Cornish, ME)

The Hawks now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Old Orchard Beach for a C South battle on Tuesday, January 3. Sacopee Valley will battle a Seagulls team coming off a 67-57 league win over Richmond (Richmond, ME). The Seagulls record now stands at 6-0.
