Ohio High School Basketball - Miami East tops Versailles
December 30, 2022: Casstown, OH 45312 Miami East Vikings (Casstown, OH) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Versailles Tigers (Versailles, OH), 69-51 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Miami East upgrades its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Vikings host Bethel (Tipp City, OH) to play the Bees in a Three Rivers bout on Friday, January 6. The Bees come into the bout with a record of 3-8.
Next up, the Tigers play the New Bremen Cardinals (New Bremen, OH) in a Midwest bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Versailles will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Cardinals come into the bout with a 4-0 record after their 65-46 non-league win over Elida (Elida, OH).
