Calhoun Falls Charter Blue Flashes (Calhoun Falls, SC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Lincoln County Red Devils (Lincolnton, GA), 48-40 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Calhoun Falls Charter upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Blue Flashes host Ware Shoals (Ware Shoals, SC) to play the Hornets in a A Region 2 bout on Friday, January 6. The Hornets come into the bout with a record of 0-6. Ware Shoals lost 55-13 in their recent non-league bout against Greenwood Christian (Greenwood, SC)
