Texas High School Basketball - Chapel Hill trounces Orangefield
December 30, 2023: Tyler, TX 75707 The Chapel Hill Bulldogs (Tyler, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Orangefield Bobcats (Orangefield, TX), 66-40 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (15-3) will now prepare for their test against Nacogdoches (Nacogdoches, TX). The Dragons go into the non-league test with a 10-8 record. In their last test, Nacogdoches was trounced by Arlington Heights (Fort Worth, TX), 69-52, in a non-league test.
The Bobcats now own a 19-3 record. They play next when they host Hardin for a 3A Region III District 22 test on Tuesday, January 2. Orangefield will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 62-51 non-league win over Hull-Daisetta (Daisetta, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 7-11.
