Texas High School Basketball - Orangefield fells Da Vinci
December 28, 2023: Orangefield, TX 77639 Orangefield Bobcats (Orangefield, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Da Vinci Dragons (El Paso, TX), 51-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Orangefield upgrades its record to 18-1 on the season. The Bobcats travel to Westwood (Palestine, TX) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 9-4. Westwood won 64-56 in their recent non-league bout against Da Vinci (El Paso, TX)
Next up, the Dragons play the Chapel Hill Bulldogs (Tyler, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Da Vinci will attempt to upgrade on its 14-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 12-2 record after their 79-28 non-league win over Onalaska (Onalaska, TX).
