In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Laguna Creek Cardinals basketball team scored a good 59-49 triumph over the Desert Pines Jaguars.

In their next game, the Cardinals meet the Modesto Christian Crusaders (Modesto, CA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 2. Laguna Creek will attempt to better on its 9-5 season record.
