The Bulldogs now possess a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bells for a 3A Region II District 11 battle on Tuesday, January 2. Howe will confront a Panthers team coming off a 50-45 league win over Leonard (Leonard, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 13-3.
The Buffaloes (13-8) will now prepare for their battle against Edgewood (Edgewood, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 3A Region II District 12 battle with a 12-8 record. In their last battle, Edgewood was toppled by Hawkins (Hawkins, TX), 56-51, in a non-league battle.
