Wabash Apaches (Wabash, IN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Manchester Squires (North Manchester, IN), 50-40 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Wabash upgrades its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Apaches host Muncie Burris (Muncie, IN) to play the Owls in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 6. The Owls come into the bout with a record of 1-4. Muncie Burris lost 51-35 in their recent non-league bout against Monroe Central (Parker City, IN)

Next up, the Squires play the North Miami Warriors (Denver, IN) in a Three Rivers bout, on Friday, January 5. Manchester will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record.
